I am thrilled to be sharing this new work with y'all! The last time I updated my website was 2018, I was in full swing of shooting weddings and starting to transition into lifestyle photography. I gave my portfolio over to The Identité Collective who created this stunning site and then let it sit for two years without touching the images! Since then, I have transitioned completely into shooting brands, fashion, and travel work. My interiors work, which is some of my favorite and most consistent, will now be on a fully separate website to let that work truly shine! [Hopefully coming next week, because choosing a handful of images out of hundreds of thousands is difficult for your girl!] I will still shoot weddings on a case by case basis for dear friends and small elopements, it just isn't my main focus anymore. I am grateful to every single bride who let me be a part of their story and meaningful day.
The images you see all through the site have been painstakingly chosen. They are the work I am most proud of and most hasn't even been seen yet! I hope you love this new direction, because I'm welling up with tears of joy as I type this. Thank you for being a part of this journey. Photography has been my dream from a young age when I would steal the family camera and try to perfectly capture the laughter and deep rest of our family vacation. It was the far off hope in high school when all I wanted was to be truly creative. It carried over to college where I was known as the girl who was always toting around my DSLR and shooting every event, never wanting to forget a single memory. And then the faith filled jump of starting my business! In the years since, this adventure has been built on a bedrock of community, on encouragement from my family, of the trust of the best clients, and from more hours than imaginable of hard work. I cannot wait to grow and thrive alongside my clients, old and new, and create more magical images together. This is the vision I cannot wait to run in with Madeline Harper Photography.
